Shipping Policy

We ship orders throughout the European Union and to selected international destinations outside the EU.

International orders are shipped via DHL and/or UPS. Available destinations are displayed during checkout in the shipping country selection list.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, volume, and value of the order.

Please note that shipping restrictions or exclusions may apply to certain products or destinations.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over €200 with a shipping weight or volume of less than 15kg to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Free shipping also applies to orders over €200 with a shipping weight or volume of less than 3kg to the following countries:

Albania, Canada, Iceland, Serbia, Turkey, United States.

VAT Exemption (EU)

Businesses located within the European Union with a valid VAT number may be eligible for VAT exemption.

Please contact us prior to placing your order with your VAT number and billing details. Once verified, VAT will not be charged or will be refunded accordingly.

Customs Duties (Non EU Countries)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or courier services.

The shipping carrier (e.g. DHL) may apply additional charges for customs clearance. We recommend contacting your local customs office or courier service for further information before placing your order.
