Basic by Tojiro

The Tojiro Basic Series consists of the 4 essential kitchen knives. The blades feature a 3-layer construction with a VG-10 steel core that provides high hardness, sharpness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, sandwiched between 2 outer layers of stainless steel for extra protection. Each knife in the series is hand-sharpened by experienced Japanese craftsmen. The dark-colored handles are made of reinforced laminated wood (Pakkawood), which is highly water-resistant, shaped to prevent slipping and ensure a secure grip. For enhanced stability, the handle is secured with 3 stainless steel rivets.
