The Tojiro Basic Damascus Series features stainless Damascus steel blades with signature wave patterns on the surface. The blade construction consists of a Japanese VG10 stainless steel core containing cobalt for enhanced hardness, clad in outer layers of Damascus steel for added durability. Hand-sharpened on both sides at 15° by experienced Japanese craftsmen, each knife ensures precise cutting performance. The collection is fitted with European-style handles crafted from Eco-Wood, a highly durable material designed to withstand heavy use while providing balance and a secure grip.
