The Victorinox Dual Grip series combines Swiss precision with ergonomic design, offering professional knives with exceptional cutting performance and comfort. Suitable for both professional and household use, the knives in this series are NSF certified, ensuring hygiene and safety.

The blades of all knives in the series are crafted from martensitic stainless steel. The correct steel alloy provides the perfect combination of sharpness and corrosion protection. The blades are exceptionally durable and sharp for high professional performance without being too hard, making sharpening easier and required at less frequent intervals.

The handles of the Dual Grip series are ergonomically designed to offer maximum support to the hand and wrist. They are highly non-slip, resistant to water and grease, and are crafted from two components:

Internally: Polypropylene (PP) provides structural rigidity and hardness, suitable for sterilization temperatures from 80°C to 100°C.

Externally: Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) offer robustness, impact resistance, and durability at high temperatures (80°C to 110°C), allowing for sterilization and dishwasher cleaning.
