Souryurin by Ryusen

The Souryurin series features hammered blades with a glossy finish and a sharp tip designed for detailed tasks. The cutting edge is constructed from the new "VG10W" material, which improves upon high-grade VG10 steel by adding tungsten for enhanced durability and sharpness. The uneven hammered surface creates an air layer to improve food release. The collection is equipped with Ryusen's characteristic "Re:Born handle", made from a specialized polyurethane-based resin blend featuring a scale pattern inspired by the legendary blue dragon (Seiryu). This water-resistant handle incorporates integrated spacers on the top and bottom to adjust the weight balance and optimize control.
