The result of the collective effort of an entire community, Le Thiers®, created in 1994, proudly bears the name of its city, the French capital of cutlery. To ensure the authenticity and locality of the Le Thiers® model, all parts of the knife and all stages of its manufacture must be carried out entirely in the cutlery region of Thiers.

This steak knife is the fruit of a long tradition dating back to 1582, kept alive thanks to strict adherence to the rules of the historic "Jurande".

Inspired by the success of the forged series, the Le Thiers® Couleur collection was further developed in 2010 to meet the needs of catering professionals who wanted a modern, durable product that was dishwasher safe and had a strong aesthetic presence on the table.
