Lightweight Construction

The wood core reduces the board's weight by 30% to 50% compared to solid plastic cutting boards. This makes lifting, cleaning and maintenance significantly easier while also reducing the risk of injury if the board is accidentally dropped.

High Rigidity

Despite its lightweight construction, the board remains exceptionally rigid and stable. It resists warping and bending, even after prolonged use or repeated washing at high temperatures. It is fully dishwasher safe.

Knife Friendly Surface

The specially engineered soft elastomer surface protects knife edges, helping to maintain their sharpness for longer. At the same time, its non slip texture securely holds ingredients in place during cutting, providing greater precision and safety, especially for delicate and demanding cutting tasks.

Is the Wood Core Safe?

Yes. The wood core is sterilised before manufacturing and is completely enclosed within thick layers of polyethylene. When the cutting board is used as intended, the wood never comes into contact with food, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
