VG-10 Pro Series by Kasumi
The VG-10 Pro Series by Kasumi, crafted by Sumikama Cutlery in Seki, Japan, utilizes VG-10 "super steel" in a solid, mono-steel structure, unlike traditional multi-layered Damascus knives. This construction offers greater stability, as the Rockwell hardness remains perfectly uniform throughout, while containing 4 times more "super steel" than corresponding forged Damascus knives.

The V-Gold No. 10 stainless steel alloy features a high content of carbon, cobalt (1.4%), chromium, manganese, molybdenum, and vanadium, maximizing performance and raising the hardness to 61 - 62 HRC for extra durability and ease of sharpening.

The handle is made of an ergonomic polymer material (a combination of resin and marble powder) with a smooth glossy surface and a granite aesthetic, proudly decorated with the company's crest.
