S1 Super Stone Series

The S1 Super Stone is a series of sharpening stones especially suited for final polishing. It is a more affordable option compared to the S2 series, as it is 1 cm thinner. The stones deliver excellent polishing results and remain flat without warping over time, offering a similar experience to sharpening with soft natural stones. They are also ideal for sharpening hard carbon steel.

Stones in the Super Stone series require significantly less soaking time—often, a simple spray of water is enough. Aluminum oxide (corundum) is the abrasive material used. The S1 designation indicates a 1 cm thickness of the stone.
