Cheese knife 14 cm with holes in the blade. Specialized knife for soft cheeses.

Cheese knife for soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and Roquefort. The holes in the blade offer a perfect slice without the cheese "sticking" to the blade. The bolster (joint of blade and handle) is half bolster for better balance and accuracy. This way we can sharpen the entire length of the blade.
