The vegetable cleaver or Chinese Knife has the shape of a cleaver but is totally NOT SUITABLE for breaking bones. On the contrary, its shape and excellent edge transforms the slicing of vegetables, fruits, etc. in enjoyment.

Ideal for all kinds of cutting (slicing, mincing, dicing), it quickly and efficiently cuts into thin slices or cubes all kinds of food.
