This 12 cm utility knife features a 69-layer Damascus steel blade, with 34 layers of high-carbon stainless steel on each side, enveloping a VG10 cobalt alloy core. This combination results in a blade that is remarkably sharp, resistant to corrosion, and exceptionally durable. The edge is hand-sharpened to an angle of less than 12° per side, allowing for clean, precise cuts every time.

The utility knife bridges the gap between a paring knife and a chef’s knife. Compact yet capable, it's ideal for everyday kitchen tasks that require more control than a chef’s knife and more strength than a paring knife.
