The Ryusen Blazen Ryu collection features kitchen knives constructed from Super Gold II powder steel, which balances high hardness, high toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, forged using the Echizen Uchihamono technique. The satin finish blade is enhanced by a hammered mallet pattern to improve food release, designed to slide smoothly from the cutting edge. The collection is fitted with Ryusen's original "Reborn" handles, crafted from Canadian Black Walnut wood. This material features a dark, heavy color with chic wood grain patterns, providing a non-slip, stable grip and a reduction in overall weight.
