The utility knife is a miniature of the chef's knife. It can be used for meat, fish, vegetables, and even fruits, while its smaller size and shorter blade make it easier to maneuver. Ideal for small portions, but also for carving and garnishing.

Standing blade The Blazen blade is made with a core of SG-2 (Super Gold 2) luxury steel which gives the following characteristics: High hardness, wear and corrosion resistance and maximum sharpness. The 2 side layers are made of SUS410L stainless steel for extra protection. Each blade of the Blazen series is hammered and sharpened by hand by experienced Japanese craftsmen and to the final result is added its impressive appearance.

Octagonal handle with unique grip The first part of the knife you come in contact with is its handle. The handle of the Blazen is made of Canadian walnut, a dark wood with beautiful details resistant to both continuous and hard use, as well as in contact with food and kitchen materials. The octagonal shape offers a firm grip in the hand and the knife is not going to slip. Finally the weight of the handle is very small so your knife is more front-loaded and offers perfect comfort when cutting.
