The name of the Tojiro Gai series translates to "armor" in Japanese, a concept reflected in its design. The knives in this collection feature 37-layer stainless Damascus steel blades with distinctive surface patterns. The core of the blade is constructed from VG10 stainless steel alloy, which contains cobalt for enhanced hardness. The collection is fitted with textured, rugged handles made of Micarta, a highly durable and hard material engineered to withstand continuous, heavy professional use. For structural stability, the handle is securely fastened with hexagonal bolts.
