Anniversary by MAC

Developed for the brand's 60th anniversary, this limited edition collection features redesigned knife models equipped with Damascus-patterned blades. The blades are constructed from high-carbon AUS 10 steel, which includes Molybdenum for oxidation resistance. Hand-sharpened on both sides at approximately 15° by Japanese craftsmen in Seki, each knife incorporates the patented hybrid "MAC Edge". The collection is fitted with ergonomic handles crafted from mahogany pakka wood, designed to work in combination with the bolster's weight to provide balance and a secure grip. This series is engineered for both professional chefs and home cooks.
