Prever collection by Ryusen features blades constructed with a high-end VG-10 steel core. VG-10 steel combines the sharpness of carbon steel with the rust resistance of stainless steel. The core is sandwiched and forged together with Damascus steel, improving the blade's sharpness, strength, and edge retention, while creating laminated ripple patterns across the entire surface as proof of manual forging. The collection is equipped with handles crafted from Canadian black walnut wood, which features a distinct texture and prominent grain patterns.
